How we work
We listen carefully and learn about our clients' business. We prefer to develop long-term relationships - Air Products, for example, has been a client since 1987.
We often operate at Board level, providing strategic marketing and reputational advice.
For some organisations, we provide their total ongoing PR and marketing output.
For others, we fit into a network of providers - inhouse and external - delivering expertise as and when required. We also work on a project basis (urgently-required Crisis PR, for example).
Specialist knowledge
The consultancy thrives on all complex technical and social issues, with Healthcare and Care for the Elderly as areas of special expertise.
In our time, we have helped to turn a small housing association into one of the UK’s best-known charities for older people and helped small businesses develop into multi-million pound enterprises, working alongside their owners every step of the way.
John Wright is one of only a handful of PR advisers included in Who's Who in Healthcare 2005.
